White Oyster is a rapidly growing Oyster mushroom, it is very high yielding and has excellent quality fruiting bodies. This stain typically produces big thick clusters that are short stemmed and taste great and have good storage life.

Application: choice edible, medicinal usage and compounds, research

Characteristics: White coloured fruitbodies, great yielding strain

Temperature Range: wide 13-24 °C fruiting temperature.

Recommended Substrate: straw, hardwood sawdust, corn cobs, paper, leaves or agricultural wastes, cotton wastes, husks and stalks of sunflower, coffee wastes.
