This box will have less oyster mushrooms compared to our other boxes (20% total weight approximately).  These mixed boxes are made up of a mix of the following varieties

• Blue Oyster
• Yellow Oyster
• Pink Oyster
• Italian Oyster
• King Oyster
• Lions Mane
• Comb Tooth
• Scaly Flame Cap
• Swordbelt
• Shiitake

**Please Note**

All mushrooms are harvested fresh prior to delivery and as a result not all varieties may be in the mix depending on whats available before delivery. If there are varieties you would prefer over others please let us know when ordering.
